Cooltech Alliance Sdn Bhd provides the most advance compatible louver replacement for any square package or large industry type counterflow and crossflow cooling tower. It is nested together in pack modules with frame. All our PVC material meets CTI 136 specifications and tested by third party. CA- LV20 is made out of thermo formed UV protected rigid and corrugated PVC material which is resistant to rot, fungi, bacteria and inorganic / organic acids found in the cooling tower environments. The pitch spacing of the PVC is at 20mm or 25mm and steel frame can be made either painted or powder coated mild steel or stainless steel upon request.
